The health and safety of Twins Baseball Camps participants and coaches is paramount. As in the summer of 2020, we will continue to follow the Minnesota Department of Health guidelines for COVID-19. We will adjust camp information and activities to reflect those guidelines when/if changes are required. We will promptly communicate with you via email should any changes occur.

REGISTRATION FEE
The registration fee is $399. You may pay the fee in full on-line. If you register before May 1, 2021, you may reserve your spot by paying a $175 deposit now and the balance will be due on May 1, 2021 - your card will be automatically charged. The $175 deposit is refundable, if you notify camp staff prior to May 1, 2021, subject to the cancellation policy outlined below. If you register after May 1, 2021, you must pay the entire fee when you register for camp.

EARLY BIRD SIGN UP DISCOUNT
Register prior to March 1, 2021 and receive a $25 discount. This discount may not be combined with any other discount.

GOT A FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT AT WORK?
Many parents use their employer's FSA benefit to save even more. Check with your employer to see if the camp fee qualifies as Dependent Care. For FSA reimbursement purposes, the camp's FEIN is 45-0643499.

CAMP TIMES
Camp runs Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. CT.

PARTICIPANT AGES
Camps are open to boys and girls ages 6 to 14.

FAMILY AND FRIENDS DISCOUNT
If you register two or more children at the same time, a $25 discount will be applied to each registration fee. In order to receive this Family/Friends Discount the registrations must be submitted together by completing the "Add another registration" section of the form. This discount may not be combined with any other discount.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
You may cancel your registration up to 30 days prior to the first day of camp and receive a full refund. You must notify us via email. Any amounts refunded are subject to deduction of processing fees.

EXTRA INNINGS (EARLY ARRIVALS AND LATE PICKUPS)
Camps begin at 9 a.m. and conclude at 3 p.m. However, to accommodate parents' schedules, you may drop off your camper as early as 8 a.m. and/or pick him/her up as late as 5 p.m. An additional $5 will be charged for each early or late "Extra Inning." Just check in with the camp Field Director on Monday morning.

VIDEO MOTION ANALYSIS
Much of what happens in the baseball/softball swing happens too fast to be tracked by the human eye. We are excited to announce that beginning this summer, we will utilize Blast Motion, one of most advanced measurement devices used in MLB, to deliver even more valuable insight. With this add-on, we use Blast Motion to provide extraordinary data that will help your player reach the next level. This camp add-on costs $50 and you can purchase it during the registration flow. The swing analysis video will arrive via email after the summer camp season.

LUNCH
Campers should bring their own lunch and drinks. Please make sure to affix your player's name to these items. Also, make sure your ballplayer brings plenty of sunscreen.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
In the event of inclement weather, outdoor camp activities will be moved indoors. Our curriculum has provisions for excellent indoor activities and instruction. We reserve the right to cancel camp days for weather-related reasons and no refunds will be given. Every effort will be made to complete instruction.

FURTHER COMMUNICATIONS
Once you have registered we will communicate additional important camp information via e-mail. Please enter your e-mail address accurately on the registration form. Also, be sure you are entering the parent or guardian e-mail address, NOT the camper's.

CAR POOLING
We will assist you in making car pool arrangements. If interested, check the "Car Pool" box on the registration form. Prior to camp, parents who check the "Car Pool" box will be connected with others who are interested in this convenience.

COMPLIMENTARY TWINS TICKETS
As part of your registration, you will receive four tickets to one 2021 Twins home game. You will be able to select a date from a list of approved dates. Location of game tickets to be determined, subject to availability. ADA accessible game tickets available upon request. If conditions do not allow for tickets in the 2021 season, tickets will be distributed for the 2022 season. The ticket program is subject to change based on COVID protocols, seating availability, or any guidance from the Minnesota Department of Health, Major League Baseball, or the Minnesota Twins.
